Prasek’s Hillje Smokehouse assures to have the freshest bakery products. The morning starts with kolache and bread dough mixed from scratch. After rising, the dough is formed by hand into the dough balls or loaves and left to rise a second time. The bread dough then goes into the oven and the kolache balls are filled with their special fillings and baked.
