PRICING

• Product prices on this website do not include shipping costs.  Shipping method and cost will automatically be calculated by the website.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices on this website reflect mail order prices and not in-house pricing.
• We are allowed a 15% variation from desired or listed quantities.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• ALL shipments will go via United Parcel Service (UPS).  A physical address must be provided where the party receiving the shipment can be reached on weekdays.
• UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES
• Prasek’s Hillje Smokehouse is not liable for any order properly sent but not received.  The ordering party is responsible for the reception of the package, payment of the product and payment of the shipping cost.  
• In order to avoid products in transit over weekends, shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and occasionally Thursday depending on the product ordered and the delivery location.  Any orders placed later than Wednesday will normally be shipped the following week.  
• Prasek’s Hillje Smokehouse puts forth every effort to ship your order on a timely basis.  However, at times we may experience delays.  Please allow 10 days for delivery.  
• Our shipping methods include: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. The method used depends on the product being shipped and the destination of the shipment.  Orders requiring 3 Day Select only ship on Monday and Tuesday unless a faster shipping method is selected.
• UPS Next Day Air is available if desired, however we DO NOT guarantee the order to be shipped the day the order is placed.  If you have any questions concerning shipment methods or charges, please call 1-800-20-SMOKE (207-6653) for assistance.
• To insure safety and quality of your order, during the months of May through September, special packaging may be required for shipments to certain areas.  If your order has a product weight of up to 10 pounds, you may be charged up to $4.50 more per order.  For orders with a product weight more than 10 pounds, you may be charged up to $5.50 more per order.  This is an extra cost not included in shipping.

 DECEMBER ORDERS AND GIFT BOXES

• Due to heavy volume in December, we encourage you to place your Christmas Gift Box orders as soon as possible.
• Orders placed after December 10th may not be shipped before Christmas.
• Standard Gift Boxes come with a mix between peppered and non-peppered products.  No substitutions or special requests will be granted.  
• If a product listed as part of a Gift Box is not available, a product of likeness and value will be substituted.
• Custom made gift boxes may incur the following charges:
  • $4.00 per box for orders of less than 10 of the same box
  • $2.00 per box for orders of 10 or more of the same box
