1. Eligibility

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, as well as Meta Platforms, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

Under Texas law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in this promotion.

9. Limited Publicity Release (Texas)
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use the entrant’s first name, last initial, and city of residence solely for the purpose of announcing the winner of this giveaway in Sponsor’s marketing channels (including social media). No additional promotional use (such as photos, testimonials, or extended marketing content) will be made without the entrant’s separate consent.

10. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

11. Governing Law & Venue
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Wharton County courts located within the State of Texas.

12. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used in accordance with these Terms, including for marketing communications described above.
