We have a proud family heritage of making what we sell. Rich family recipes handed down, prepared so well, in fact, that the competition are also our customers. Jerky, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Pork Tenderloin and much more. Our trick to producing tasty smoked meats is starting with quality meat, a precise blend of seasonings, and slow smoking. We brine the meat for five to seven days and then it is carefully smoked using a graduation temperature system that allows the juices to be “sealed in” and remain with the product. This assures a flavor packed eating experience every time.
We make sausage to please our patrons. Generations of sausage making experience have lead to an unmatched sausage quality. It’s not only the ingredients like fresh peeled garlic rather than granulated garlic, and cracked peppercorns rather than ground pepper stalk that is important, it’s what we don’t use, like fillers, and MSG. Fresh meat, a few other seasonings, slow hardwood smoking, and you have the makings for the best tasting, most wholesome sausage, just like our ancestors made it years ago. A family tradition.
